COVID-19 Schedule


Remote participtaion classes are now being held regularly five times a week.

A special set of remote interactive classes over video are now being held for the duration of the virus outbreak. Virtual yoga with BigHugYoga is a great way to boost your spirits, calm your mind, maintain your fitness and have a great group of people to socialize with while still maintaing social distancing from your home!

We would like to make additional class times available! If you and a few friends, family members, or colleagues would like a class at a different time let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
